1. Introduction

Welcome to TapAnyJob  (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your use of our SaaS software tool (“Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

 

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

 

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscription Plans: The Service is billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
  • Payment: A valid payment method, including credit card or other accepted payment method, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide TapAnyJob with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, post/zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Tapanyjob to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
  • Subscription Changes: Tapanyjob, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. TapAnyJob will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

 

5. Free Trial

TapAnyJob may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free 14 days trial for a limited period of time (“Free Trial”). You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial. If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged by Tapanyjob until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you cancel your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.

 

6. Cancellation and Termination

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle.
  • Termination: We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

 

7. Use of the Service

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or guideline.

 

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tapanyjob and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TapAnyJob.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TapAnyJob, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; and (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

 

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TapAnyJob and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of (i) your use and access of the Service, or (ii) a breach of these Terms.

 

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period. We may update the Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website prior to the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UK, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
